Please note the following important information:
- First-time login: We recommend using a computer to log in for the first time, rather than a phone or tablet.
- Password expired: If you receive a message stating that your password has expired, you will need to create a new one by following the instructions on the page.
- Password recovery: Make sure to enter your email address and answer a security question. This will allow you to reset your password in the future by clicking the “I forgot my password” link, which will send a new password to your email.
- Helpful resources: The Burnaby School District has provided reference materials to assist you with logging in and navigating the portal. These resources can be found at: Parent Resources.
- Forgot your password? If you need to reset your password, use the “I forgot my password” link. If you encounter any issues, please contact the school office for assistance.
- Viewing your child’s report card: The Learning Update (“report card”) is available as a PDF document and can be found under “Published Reports” on the portal’s homepage.
- Saving/Printing: Be sure to save and/or print a copy of the report card for your records by March 1, 2026
