Hello Grade 7 Parents & Guardians !
We are excited to inform you that the Grad Committee is organizing a bake sale during our upcoming Spring Concert to raise funds for our graduating students. Your contribution can make a huge difference in supporting our graduates and we hope you can help us by donating some mouth-watering baked goods or boxes of chips.
Please email pemendoza1@hotmail.com by April 15th if you are able to donate items. Kindly let us know your name and the item you will be donating. Items can be dropped off on the morning of April 24th in the PAC kitchen beside the library.
We are providing a list of suggested baked goods for donation, but please contribute what you prefer:
- 10 dozen doughnuts
- 6 boxes of chips (50 bags variety from Costco)
- 6 dozen cookies
We are also in need of parent / guardian and student volunteers for both nights of the concert (April 24 & 25). We will need 6-8 volunteers per night. If you can volunteer, please send an email with your name and the night you can help.
