School Bake Sale for Our Community – Dear Seaforth Parents/Guardians:
Inspired by the School Kindness Day which occurred before Christmas, our school wanted to do something that helps improve the lives of others in our local community. We are working together to hold bake sales on February 28 and March 13. Some classes will be selling baked goods to the school population from their classrooms during recess.
We request participating classroom students bring in one dozen nut free treats for our bake sale. Other students (not in the classes listed below) are welcome to drop off bake sale items on the date of the sale to one of the classes listed.
All items will be on sale for $2 each. Donated bake sale items should be brought to school the morning of the sale. Please be sure to identify your container(s) with your name. A maximum of 2 bake sale tickets per student can be purchased on SchoolCash by noon, the day before the bake sale. https://burnaby.schoolcashonline.com/
Families wishing to do so, may also make a donation to Aunt Leah’s Place on SchoolCash. All bake sale funds raised and donations received will go towards: Aunt Leah’s Place – https://auntleahs.org/ – which supports local foster children as they age out of government care.
