Grade 7 Grad – Holiday Market Fundraiser

Dear Grade 7 Parents / Guardians ,  As the festive season approaches, we are excited to announce our participation in the Holiday Marketplace on December 1st. The fundraising committee for our grade 7 graduation is hoping to make this event a grand success and we’re reaching out to you for support.

We have secured two tables at the Holiday Marketplace and intend to fill them with a variety of baked goods and delightful items to sell. The proceeds from this event will go directly towards making the grade 7 graduation an unforgettable experience for our kids.

We understand that life can be hectic, and your time is precious, but every contribution, big or small, can make a significant impact. Here’s how you can help:

1. Home Baked Goods: If you love baking, please consider whipping up your favourite treats. Homemade goodies are always a hit!

2. Store-Bought Items: If baking is not your thing or time is tight, you can purchase baked goods or other items that we can sell at the marketplace.

Families wishing to bake or contribute physical items, please notify Annemarie at 604-603-7197 or Patricia at 604-782-2337 via text by Monday November 27th.  Please let us know what you will be contributing, how many items will be included (i.e. a dozen) and whether or not your items contain nuts.  Please be available to drop off your items at the school on December 1st between 1 and 3 pm. We will have volunteers on hand to assist with the collection.

3. Monitary Contributions: Families unable to bake or shop, are asked to please consider a contribution of $15. The Grad Fundraising Committee will use these funds to purchase baked goods to sell. Please log in to SchoolCash Online and contribute by Monday November 27th.

If you have any questions or need more information, please reach out to Annemarie at 604-603-7197 or Patricia at 604-782-2337.

With your support, this fundraiser will be a tremendous success and will help create a memorable event for our grads. Your kindness and support mean the world to us, and we thank you in advance for your contribution.

With warm regards,  Annemarie & Patricia, Grad Fundraising Committee
