On October 18, 2023 Fraser Health provided personalized permission packages for Grade 6 Routine Immunization Clinic to be held at Seaforth School on October 27. These permission packages were sent home with students. Please be sure to check with your child, complete and return the permission package to the classroom teacher by: October 23.
The first Routine Immunization Clinic for Grade 6 students, at Seaforth is scheduled for the morning of October 27, 2023. The second clinic is scheduled for May 10, 2024.
